Kia Motors is an automotive brand owned by the Hyundai Motor Group and South Korea’s second-largest auto manufacturer behind Hyundai.
Like Hyundai, Kia is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, and offers a range of passenger cars, SUVs and - soon - utes in Australia.
Popular models include the Picanto micro car, Cerato small car and Carnival people-mover, as well as SUVs including the Stonic, Niro, Seltos, Sportage and Sorento, plus the EV3, EV5, EV6 and EV9 electric crossovers.
Kia's first ute, the Tasman, arrives with diesel power in Australia in mid-2025, followed in 2026 by a battery-electric version.
