Toyota’s luxury brand, Lexus, is Japan’s leading premium vehicle manufacturer.
Founded in 1989, the marque is headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and produces a range of premium passenger cars and SUVs – almost all of which are based on models offered by its Toyota parent.
Popular nameplates in the current line-up include the top-selling NX and RX crossovers, as well as the compact UX. The long-running IS, ES, and LS sedans are also available, as is the Toyota Landcruiser 200-based LX off-roader.
Rounding out the Australian Lexus range are the RC and LC sports cars, and the Toyota Prius-based CT hybrid hatchback.
