The Lexus LX is a large luxury 4WD based around serious off-road and towing capability, but presented with a far more premium cabin and ownership experience. In Australia it appeals to buyers who want LandCruiser-style toughness with Lexus comfort, technology and finish. The LX suits regional families, touring buyers and luxury SUV shoppers who need genuine rough-road ability, not just a high driving position. Its size and price make it a major commitment, but its strengths are clear: long-distance comfort, strong towing credentials, seven-seat practicality in some versions and the reassurance of proven 4WD engineering underneath the luxury presentation.
