There are 4 variants of the Triton available in Australia and this generation went on sale in April of 2009.
Engine options include 2.5L turbo diesel common rail (131kW/400Nm) and 2.4L multi-point injection (94kW/194Nm). Available with 5-speed manual, 4-speed automatic or 5-speed automatic transmissions. Both four-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2015 Triton is offered with a 5 year, 130,000 km warranty.
