LDV has revealed ABN-holder pricing for its new, smaller electric van, which starts at $59,990 before on-roads.

    The LDV eDeliver 7 is on sale now, and is available in two different wheelbase lengths with two different roof heights.

    There’s also a choice of 77kWh or 88kWh batteries, with up to 362km of range on the WLTP cycle depending on spec.

    The eDeliver 7 serves as a rival to the likes of the Mercedes-Benz eVito and upcoming Ford E-Transit Custom and Volkswagen ID. Buzz Cargo, and an electric alternative to segment mainstays like the Toyota HiAce.

    Drivetrains

    All LDV eDeliver 7 models are front-wheel drive and feature a single, front-mounted electric motor with 150kW of power and 330Nm of torque.

    Top speed is 120km/h in Normal and Power drive modes and 90km/h in Eco mode.

    The eDeliver 7 features MacPherson strut front and leaf-spring rear suspension with four-wheel disc brakes.

    Efficiency

    The LDV eDeliver 7 is available with either a 77kWh lithium-ion battery, which 78kW DC charging capability, or an 88kWh lithium-ion battery with 90kW DC charging. The batteries are sourced from CATL.

    All models will take approximately 43 minutes to charge from 20 to 80 per cent.

    Combined cycle WLTP range is as follows:

    • SWB Low Roof 77kWh: 318km
    • LWB Low Roof 77kWh: 310km
    • LWB Low Roof 88kWh: 362km
    • LWB High Roof 88kWh: 328km

    Dimensions

    2024 LDV eDeliver 7 dimensions are as follows:

    • SWB Low Roof: 4998mm long, 2323mm wide, 1990mm tall, 3000mm wheelbase
    • LWB Low Roof: 5364mm long, 2323mm wide, 1990mm tall, 3366mm wheelbase
    • LWB High Roof: 5364mm long, 2323mm wide, 2390mm tall, 3366mm wheelbase

    Load volume is 5.9m3 in the SWB Low Roof, 6.7m3 in LWB Low Roof models, and 8.7m3 in the LWB High Roof. Braked towing capacity is 1500kg, while unbraked is 750kg.

    Payload is as follows:

    • SWB Low Roof 77kWh: 1350kg
    • LWB Low Roof 77kWh: 1285kg
    • LWB Low Roof 88kWh: 1205kg
    • LWB High Roof 88kWh: 1175kg

    Servicing and Warranty

    All models are backed by a five-year, 160,000km vehicle warranty and an eight-year, 250,000km battery warranty.

    Servicing is required every two years or 30,000km, whichever comes first. LDV offers capped-price servicing for six years or 90,000km, which costs $1166.10.

    Safety

    The LDV eDeliver 7 hasn’t been tested by ANCAP or Euro NCAP.
