The new BMW 1 Series is a Small Luxury offered in a 5D Hatchback body style. Available in Australia from $42,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the M Sport variant and topping out at $69,990 for the Base.
There are 4 variants of the 1 Series available in Australia and this generation went on sale in September of 2019.
Engine options include 1.5L turbo petrol direct injection (103kW/220Nm) and 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (225kW/450Nm). Available with manual, 7-speed automatic or 8-speed automatic transmissions. Both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2020 1 Series is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
