My dashboardThe new BMW 1 Series is a Small Luxury offered in both 5D Hatchback and 2D Hatchback body styles. Available in Australia from $38,900 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $81,200 for the Sport.
There are 2 variants of the 1 Series available in Australia.
Engine options include 2L multi-point injection (100kW/180Nm), 2L turbo diesel common rail (125kW/340Nm), 3L petrol direct injection (160kW/270Nm), 2L petrol direct injection (115kW/200Nm), 3L multi-point injection (195kW/315Nm) and 3L turbo petrol direct injection (225kW/400Nm). Available with 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmissions. All variants feature rear-wheel drive.
The new 2008 1 Series is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
