The new Volkswagen Amarok is a Pickup. Available in Australia from $31,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $58,490 for the Ultimate.
There are 5 variants of the Amarok available in Australia and this generation went on sale in September of 2010.
Engine options include 2.0L turbo diesel common rail (120kW/400Nm) and 2.0L turbo (120kW/400Nm). All variants feature 6-speed manual transmission. Both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2011 Amarok is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
