    The new Ford Transit is a Van Over 3.5t offered in None Panel Van, Single Cab Chassis, Double Cab Chassis and None bus body styles. Available in Australia from $35,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $51,990 for the Base.

    There is 1 variant of the Transit available in Australia and this generation went on sale in March of 2008.

    The Ford Transit is only available with an diesel motor that produces 114kW and 385Nm of torque. Both rear-wheel drive and front-wheel drive configurations are available.

    The new 2012 Transit is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
