The new Ford Transit is a Van Over 3.5t offered in Single Panel Van, Single Cab Chassis, Single bus and Single Utility body styles. Available in Australia from $28,400 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $47,770 for the Base.

The new 2001 Transit is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
