The new Cupra Leon is a Small Luxury offered in a 5D Hatchback body style. Available in Australia from $43,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the V variant and topping out at $65,065 for the VZX Launch Edition.

There are 5 variants of the Leon available in Australia and this generation went on sale in February of 2022.

Engine options include 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (140kW/320Nm), 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (140kW/320Nm) and electric motor (180kW/400Nm). Non-electric variants are available with 7-speed automatic or 6-speed automatic transmissions. All variants feature front-wheel drive.

The new 2022 Leon is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
