The 2026 range launches in Australia with the iX3 50 xDrive, using dual-motor all-wheel drive for confident, quiet performance, with a lower-priced rear-drive iX3 40 also part of the lineup. Its large battery and new-generation eDrive technology position it as a more advanced and distinctive alternative to the previous iX3, while retaining the space, elevated driving position and everyday usability SUV buyers expect. It suits Australian drivers wanting a refined electric family car with premium presentation, useful cabin space and the security of BMW’s five-year vehicle warranty and eight-year battery warranty.
