About the Porsche Macan

I would recommend to anyone even if the style is getting somewhat outdated. The only drawback is way too expensive.”
How reliable has your car been? Tell us about any issues.
Very reliable and no strange sounds. So far no particular issues except for a little difficult to use the PCM in the center console while driving.
PDK is amazing because it acts so fast with such a quality that you can use your launch control whenever you need it.
What do you think of the ownership experience with your car?
Excellent so far since no major trouble and issue at all.
Also, the maintenance at this stage is tolerable but with expectations to go high when you continue to use many years ahead. My wife also loves it and uses it as a daily driver.
How has the purchase and aftercare experience been with your car?
My purchase would be okay since they told me that there is no substitute car if my car really needs a maintenance in the dealer say waiting for parts or major fix.
I would definitely expect such premium car should have a substitute car when fixing or in maintenance.
Are you happy with the price and features of your car?
Too pricy and too many options list that may be difficult to select since if you want all of them, that will definitely cause you a great fortune.
Anyway, both me and my wife enjoy the sporty ride and handling compared to or against other SUVs such as Volvo XC60 or GLC for both of which I am the ex-owner.
What do you think of the performance and economy of your car?
Excellent, but the oil economy is not much to talk about for which you have to live with that since this is a SUV with premium name brand.
The maintenance is also expected to be more pricey than others in the same pack.
What do you think of the technology in your car?
In sum, the inline four if EA888 Gen III is the same as that for Golf or others alike in Volkswagen. The only difference is that Porsche tune in the same engine with a little high performance than Volkswagen or Audi
What do you think of the ride comfort and handling of your car?
Excellent, it gives you a lot of confidence and trust when you do your manoeuvre down the twisty roads and the driver seats are also excellent since they hold and wrap you in the seats confidently with no fear at all.
