    About the Mazda 3

I purchased this Mazda 3 new for $24,000 (including all on-road costs) and would buy this again because it is an excellent, reliable car, does its job perfectly and served me very well.

How reliable has your car been? Tell us about any issues.

It came delivered with a slight indentation on the passenger side dash, but I have seen many like this now. The headrest can push my head a little forward (I’m 5’11”)

What do you think of the ownership experience with your car?

    Delightful.

How has the purchase and aftercare experience been with your car?

Mazda have been pretty good throughout servicing, they lowballed me when I offered it as a trade-in though.

Are you happy with the price and features of your car?

Yep! Of course, there can be more features, but for the price it’s been an exceptional deal.

What do you think of the performance and economy of your car?

6.7-7.0L/100km most times, and some might find the 2L underwhelming power wise but I’m happy with it given the purpose and price.

What do you think of the technology in your car?

Good, but I’m missing adaptive cruise, blind spot monitoring – no issues with the tech it has though!

What do you think of the ride comfort and handling of your car?

Headrest position makes me slump slightly (I’m 5’11”), other than that it is very comfortable, handles well and the wheel depth is quite large so it is soft, but doesn’t offer much body roll.

Do you have any additional comments about your car?

It’s brilliant if this is your price range.
