Ford Australia has recalled the 2020Transit and TransitCustom vans to fix a problem with the front lower control arms.
According to the company, the control arms might contain incomplete welds which could make them fracture.
If the part fractures the lower control arm could separate, increasing the risk drivers will lose control of the vehicle.

Ford Australia will contact owners of the affected vehicles and advise them to organise a free fix with their nearest dealer.
