2015-19 Toyota LandCruiser 200 recalled

Toyota Australia has recalled the 2015-2019 LandCruiser 200 Series VX and Sahara to fix a problem with one of its compliance stickers.

“The Australian Design Rules (ADR 61/02) require a compliance label to be fitted to vehicles,” Toyota says in its recall notice.

“The compliance label was printed with an incorrect seating capacity of 8, instead of the correct seating capacity of 7, which should have been printed on the compliance label.”

• A total of 141 cars are included in the recall
• Affected vehicles were sold between 20 October, 2015 and 18 December, 2019

Toyota Australia will contact owners of the affected vehicles and advise them to organise a free fix with their nearest dealer.
