The new BMW 3 Series is a Medium Luxury offered in 4D Sedan, 5D Sedan, 2D Sedan and 2D Coupe body styles. Available in Australia from $51,000 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $163,900 for the M3.

Engine options include 3L turbo multi-point injection (225kW/400Nm), 2L multi-point injection (115kW/200Nm), 2.5L multi-point injection (160kW/250Nm), 3L turbo petrol direct injection (225kW/400Nm), 2L turbo diesel common rail (125kW/340Nm) and 4L multi-point injection (309kW/400Nm). Available with 6-speed automatic, 6-speed manual or manual transmissions. All variants feature rear-wheel drive.
The new 2008 3 Series is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
