The new BMW 3 Series is a Medium Luxury offered in 4D Coupe, 2D Coupe, 3D Coupe, 5D Coupe, 4D Sedan, 2D Sedan, 3D Sedan and 2D Convertible body styles. Available in Australia from $40,350 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $159,500 for the M3.

Engine options include 2L multi-point injection (105kW/200Nm), 3L multi-point injection (170kW/300Nm), 1.8L multi-point injection (85kW/180Nm), 2.2L multi-point injection (125kW/210Nm), 2.5L multi-point injection (141kW/245Nm) and 3.2L multi-point injection (252kW/365Nm). Available with 5-speed manual, 5-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmissions. All variants feature rear-wheel drive.
The new 2004 3 Series is offered with a 2 year, unlimited km warranty.
