    The new BMW 3 Series is a Medium Luxury offered in 4D Coupe, 2D Coupe, 3D Coupe, 5D Coupe, 4D Sedan, 5D Sedan, 2D Convertible and 3D Hatchback body styles. Available in Australia from $41,750 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $158,000 for the Base.

    There are 14 variants of the 3 Series available in Australia.

    Engine options include 3L multi-point injection (170kW/300Nm), 2L multi-point injection (105kW/200Nm), 2.5L multi-point injection (141kW/245Nm), 3.2L multi-point injection (252kW/365Nm), 1.8L multi-point injection (85kW/180Nm) and 2.2L multi-point injection (125kW/210Nm). Available with 5-speed automatic, 5-speed manual or 6-speed manual transmissions. All variants feature rear-wheel drive.

    The new 2002 3 Series is offered with a 2 year, unlimited km warranty.
