About Alborz
Alborz is a serial entrepreneur with a love for all things technology and cars. As one of the founders of CarExpert, he has been involved in the digital automotive segment since launching his previous business CarAdvice (sold to Nine and now Drive) in 2006. Having never had a real job, Alborz has started more than 15 businesses and has found his calling in automotive.
He is an honourary adjunct professor at the University of QLD and is in denial about the impending death of the internal combustion engine.
Although a technologist at heart, he is far more excitable by the noise and feel of a car than its technical wizardry. He owns too many cars that he never drives but has a deep sense of love for his Aston Martin Vantage and Ferrari 458 Speciale.
