The new Toyota RAV4 is a small SUV offered in a 5D SUV body style. Available in Australia from $28,490 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the GX variant and topping out at $48,990 for the Cruiser.
There are 3 variants of the RAV4 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in February of 2013.
Engine options include 2.5L multi-point injection (132kW/233Nm), 2.2L turbo diesel common rail (110kW/340Nm) and 2.0L multi-point injection (107kW/187Nm). Available with 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic or variable sp automatic transmissions. Both four-wheel drive and front-wheel drive configurations are available.
