The new MG HS is a small SUV offered in a 5D SUV body style. Available in Australia from $28,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Core variant and topping out at $53,990 for the Essence.
There are 7 variants of the HS available in Australia and this generation went on sale in June of 2025.
Engine options include 1.5L turbo (125kW/275Nm), 1.5L turbo (165kW/340Nm), electric motor (220kW/350Nm), 1.5L turbo petrol direct injection (119kW/250Nm), 2.0L turbo (168kW/360Nm) and 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (168kW/360Nm). Non-electric variants are available with 7-speed automatic, 10-speed automatic, 6-speed automatic or manual transmissions. Both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2025 HS is offered with a 10 year, 250,000 km warranty.
