2024 kept the BT-50 focused on the mix of price, packaging, equipment and ownership confidence rather than chasing a completely different brief. The Mazda BT-50 has entered 2024 unchanged, though there have been minor price increases of between $150 and $685 - these follow price increases of between $1520 and $2220 in 2023. Its 2024 market footprint is anchored by 15,164 recorded Australian sales. That positioning worked best for comparison shoppers. For comparison shoppers, the Ford Ranger, Toyota HiLux, Isuzu D-Max and Mitsubishi Triton were the obvious alternatives.
