The Ford Tourneo is Ford's people mover, based on the Transit Custom platform but configured for passenger comfort and seating flexibility. It gives the brand an alternative to large SUVs for families, shuttle operators and buyers who prioritise cabin space over off-road styling. The Tourneo's key strength is versatility, with sliding doors, a tall body and configurable seating that can make it easier to live with than a three-row SUV. Its turbo-diesel drivetrain is aimed at relaxed long-distance use and carrying passengers efficiently. It is not a fashion-led vehicle, but its appeal is practical and direct: lots of room, easy access and commercial-vehicle toughness with more passenger-focused equipment.
