The entire Renault Symbioz small SUV lineup is now being offered with a discount of $4000 until the end of the year.
The deal applies to the base, mild-hybrid Techno ($35,990 drive-away), as well as the hybrid Techno ($41,990 drive-away) and Esprit Alpine ($45,990 drive-away).
Only private buyers are eligible, with the deal available on new, in-stock vehicles sold and delivered between October 1 and December 31, 2026.
A panoramic sunroof remains a $2000 option across the range, and features trick polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) technology that allows you to tint it on demand – a feature usually reserved for luxury brands.

Techno variants are available to order with a hands-free power tailgate for an additional $600 and premium paint for $900. Both of these features are standard on the Esprit Alpine.
The Symbioz arrived mid-year, helping fill the void left by the Captur light SUV. It sits alongside the more basic Duster small SUV, and below the Koleos medium SUV which is now in runout.
“We know Australians are doing it tough at the moment and we want to be part of the solution,” said Renault Australia general manager Glen Sealey in a press release.
“The new Renault Symbioz is able to deliver genuine fuel savings at a time when there is significant pressure on petrol prices.

“With this offer we are giving Australians an opportunity to buy a fuel-saving hybrid car with European design, handling and practicality in one of the most hotly contested segments of the new-car market.”
The Symbioz offers Renault Australia’s first full hybrid powertrain, featuring an 80kW/170Nm 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine mated with a four-speed automatic transmission and a 36kW/205Nm electric motor with two additional gears, plus a 1.4kWh battery pack.
Total system outputs are 116kW and 265Nm, with claimed range of up to 1000km in WLTP testing. Claimed combined-cycle fuel consumption is 4.7L/100km, with 95-octane premium unleaded fuel required.
A 12V mild-hybrid powertrain opens the local lineup, featuring a 104kW/245Nm turbocharged 1.3-litre four-cylinder petrol engine mated with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Claimed combined fuel consumption is 6.4L/100km, with the mild-hybrid Symbioz requiring 95-octane premium unleaded fuel.
The mild-hybrid can tow slightly more at 1500kg, compared to 1000kg with the hybrid.
All Symbioz variants are backed by a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty, with the hybrid’s 1.4kWh battery pack covered by a separate eight-year, 160,000km warranty.
