Australians have faced record fuel prices and high inflation during the first half of 2026, so auto brands are pushing harder than ever to win over new-car buyers with their traditional end-of-financial-year (EOFY) sales.
June is traditionally the strongest sales month of the year as brands make a final push before the June 30 EOFY deadline, offering enticing deals on both new and used stock.
Not only have EOFY campaigns started earlier than usual in 2026, but some brands such as Hyundai have also launched ‘Pre-EOFY’ promotions as the super-competitive Australian automotive market drives more incentives and bigger discounts.
Below is a list of deals available across the market during the final month of this financial year, and it features more brands, more models, and larger savings for Australian new-car buyers than we've ever seen.
Looking for your next car? We'll help you research and compare so you choose with confidence.

Jump between brands using the links below to view the latest EOFY offers across Australia’s new-vehicle showrooms.
Fiat's performance brand is offering the electric Abarth 500e Scorpionissima for $43,990 drive-away for private buyers until June 30, a saving of $16,510 compared to its standard list price of $60,500 before on-road costs.

Model | EOFY price | Regular price |
|---|---|---|
Fiat Abarth 500e Scorpionissima | $43,990 drive-away | $60,500 before on-road costs |
While the Italian brand doesn’t currently have any specific EOFY deals, it is running out Veloce demonstrator models.

The Veloce lineup includes the Tonale and Stelvio SUVs, as well as the Giulia sedan. As these are individual demonstrator vehicles, pricing and savings vary between models.
Hate the Luxury Car Tax (LCT)? Audi will pay it for you on selected models before June 30.
The offer applies to the model year 2025 (MY25) Q5, Q4 e-tron, Q6 e-tron Sport Limited and Q7 SUVs in current stock. Audi will also pay the LCT on the outgoing MY25 A5.

The LCT take on the entry-level petrol Q7, according to Audi Australia's online configurator, is as around $7800 based on a buyer in Sydney.
For the Q5 TFSI 150kW petrol SUV (as opposed to Sportback), it’s around $1300.
Keep in mind that the LCT is calculated after dealer delivery and is added on top of the 'regular price' listed below, which is why the LCT here doesn't equate to the LCT at the regular price.

BMW leads Audi and Mercedes-Benz in sales year-to-date, but all three German premium brands – as well as Lexus – have seen sales decline in 2026.

BMW will pay the equivalent of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) across its entire SUV lineup for vehicles ordered and delivered to private buyers by June 30, 2026.
That includes all ‘X’ prefixed SUV models, apart from its electric SUVs (iX1, iX2, iX3, iX), and X1 25e hybrid vehicles.
It’s a significant saving, too. For the entry-level X3 20 xDrive, the saving is $7795 – the GST line item listed on BMW's configurator – based on a private buyer with 2000 postcode.
Of course, the GST payable is higher on more expensive models, meaning even bigger reductions for them.

The Chinese brand has charged up the sales charts – both metaphorically and literally – finishing April behind only Toyota as the BYD finds favour with Australian new-car buyers.

General Motors' luxury marque was relaunched in Australia in 2024 as an electric vehicle (EV) brand. Cadillac now has three models on sale here – all of them electric SUVs – and has EOFY offers for each of them.

The smallest of the trio is the Optiq, which kicks off at $86,270 drive-away, while the mid-size Lyriq has been slashed to $95,000 drive-away until June 30 after being introduced at $117,000 before on-road costs.
At these prices, both the Optiq and Lyriq sit below the LCT threshold of $91,387 for EVs, which is set to increase in 2027 to $120,000.
That’s shy of the larger Cadillac Vistiq SUV, which is available for $124,550 drive-away.

The current-generation Ford Ranger has been Australia’s most popular model bar none for the past three years.
There’s an updated ‘MY26.50’ (model year 2026.50) Ranger and Everest SUV coming soon, and Ford is already offering a $4000 discount on both upgraded models in the form of a fuel card until June 30.

There’s an even bigger $5000 off (or a $5000 fuel card) for the MY26 versions that the updated model replaces, applicable to certain variants of both the superseded Ranger and Everest.
The discounts come amid both a model-year changeover and record fuel prices, with diesel fuel increasing the biggest amount – and all Rangers bar the headline Raptor and PHEV vafriants run diesel engines.
The PHEV has had its starting priced slashed by more than $10,000, lowering the starting price to $62,990 drive-away nationally for the entry-level MY26 Ranger Hybrid XLT.

Ford does actually make other cars, and one of those is the F-150 full-size pickup. It was updated in 2026, but remains the same spec as the MY24 sold in the US, and Ford Australia also has stock of the original MY23 spec.
There’s a flat $8000 off MY23 vehicles – including XLT and Lariat in both short wheelbase (SWB) and long wheelbase (LWB) form – while MY24 F-150 vehicles have drive-away pricing across the board.
This sees the MY24 XLT SWB start at $115,000 drive-away – essentially meaning Ford pays the on-roads, given the $114,900 before on-road costs list price, with the same incentive available for other MY24 F-150 vehicles.

The Tourneo, the people mover version of the Ford Transit Custom van, is priced at $72,000 drive-away for the Titanium X – the higher of two model grades. It can normally be had for $72,490 plus on-road costs.
There’s also a 6.99 per cent comparison finance rate for the Mustang (both four-cylinder and V8 variants), for buyers applying by June 30 and settling by July 2, 2026.

Newcomer GAC launched in Australia in November last year with three models. Since then it has added a fourth model, and now offers petrol, hybrid and battery-electric vehicles.

GAC Australia’s first ever EOFY brings offers across the lineup.
It starts with the petrol-powered Emzoom hatch at $26,990 drive-away – plus a $1000 cashback bonus – for vehicles ordered before June 30, 2026. That compares to its regular price of $25,590 before on-road costs.
If you’re after an electric hatch, the Aion UT – the newest model here – is offered from $32,990 drive-away nationally for the Premium model grade, plus a free 22kW wall charger.
Buyers of the higher-spec Aion UT Luxury also score the 22kW wall charger, but also get $1000 cashback from its $35,990 before on-roads price.
Just over 12 months after its return to Australia, the Chinese brand has deals on two of the three nameplates it currently offers.

A 0.88 per cent finance offer applies to the EX5 Extended Range electric SUV – a Tesla Model Y and Zeekr 7X rival which was the third-most popular EV across all makes and models sold in Australia in the first four months of 2026.
The 36-month term for the finance offer comes with no minimum deposit, no establishment fee, and no additional repayment fees.
EX5 buyers will also score a 7kW single-phase home charger (not including installation costs) until June 30.
If you’d prefer a hybrid Geely SUV, the Starray EM-I is also available with the same finance offer until the end of the financial year and comes with a six per cent discount off the list price for eligible fleet buyers.
Model | EOFY price for fleet buyers | Regular price |
|---|---|---|
Geely Starray EM-i Inspire Extended Range | $39,000 + ORC (finance dependent) | $41,490 + ORC |
Geely Starray EM-i Complete | $35,241 + ORC (finance dependent) | $37,490 + ORC |
