The 2025 BMW X3's used prices in Australia typically range from $84,500 for the 20 Xdrive variant and topping out at $126,900 for the M50 Xdrive.

There are 3 variants of the X3 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in January of 2024.

Engine options include 2.0L turbo petrol (140kW/310Nm), 2.0L turbo petrol hybrid (220kW/450Nm) and 3.0L turbo petrol (293kW/580Nm). All variants feature 8 speed automatic steptronic transmission. All variants feature all-wheel drive.

The 2025 X3 was offered with a 5 year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
