There are 5 variants of the 2 Series available in Australia and this generation went on sale in July of 2014.
Engine options include 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (135kW/270Nm), 1.5L turbo petrol direct injection (100kW/220Nm), 1.5L turbo (100kW/220Nm), 2.0L turbo diesel common rail (110kW/330Nm), 2.0L turbo (110kW/330Nm), 2.0L turbo (170kW/350Nm) and 3.0L turbo petrol direct injection (240kW/450Nm). Available with 8-speed automatic, 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmissions. Both rear-wheel drive and front-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2015 2 Series is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
