The new Volvo XC40 is a Suv Small Luxury offered in a 5D SUV body style. Available in Australia from $46,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Momentum variant and topping out at $64,990 for the Recharge.
There are 4 variants of the XC40 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in July of 2021.
Engine options include 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (140kW/300Nm) and electric motor (193kW/425Nm). Non-electric variants are available with 8-speed automatic or 7-speed automatic transmissions. Both four-wheel drive and front-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2021 XC40 is offered with a 5 year, unlimited km warranty.
