The new Volkswagen Touareg is a Suv Large Luxury offered in a 5D SUV body style. Available in Australia from $62,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Bluemotion variant and topping out at $112,990 for the R-line.
There are 2 variants of the Touareg available in Australia and this generation went on sale in August of 2012.
Engine options include 3.0L turbo diesel common rail (180kW/550Nm) and 4.1L turbo diesel common rail (250kW/800Nm). All variants feature 8-speed automatic transmission. All variants feature four-wheel drive.
The new 2013 Touareg is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
