    2025 Toyota LandCruiser

The new 2025 Toyota LandCruiser Prado (250 Series) will be up to $12,500 more expensive than the outgoing model.

Toyota Australia has announced local pricing for the 250 Series Prado, which will start at $72,500 before on-road costs for the base GX variant—representing a $9,670 increase compared to the outgoing 150 Series model.

This is the smallest price increase across the range. The Prado GXL is now priced from $79,990 before on-road costs (+$10,460), the Prado VX starts from $87,400 before on-road costs (+$10,552), and the top-of-the-line Kakadu begins at $99,990 before on-road costs (+$12,522).

Additionally, the range has been expanded with the reintroduction of the Prado Altitude, positioned between the VX and Kakadu, with a price tag of $92,700 before on-road costs.

All Toyota LandCruiser Prado variants are powered by the familiar 2.8-litre, four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine, maintaining its 150kW and 500Nm outputs while gaining 48-volt mild-hybrid assistance.

This turbo-diesel engine is paired with a new eight-speed torque-converter automatic transmission (an increase of two ratios from the previous model), featuring low-range gearing and delivering power to all four wheels through a full-time all-wheel drive system.
