The new Toyota LandCruiser is a large SUV offered in a 5D SUV body style. Available in Australia from $49,950 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the RV variant and topping out at $114,220 for the Sahara Vx.

Engine options include 4.5L multi-point injection (158kW/373Nm), 4.2L diesel indirect injection (96kW/271Nm) and 4.2L turbo diesel direct injection (118kW/357Nm). Available with 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual transmissions. All variants feature four-wheel drive.
The new 1997 LandCruiser is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
