The new Toyota HiAce is a Van Under 3.5t offered in Single Panel Van, Double Window Van and Double bus body styles. Available in Australia from $26,893 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $46,760 for the Commuter.
There are 3 variants of the HiAce available in Australia.
Engine options include 2.4L multi-point injection (85kW/200Nm), 2.8L diesel indirect injection (60kW/185Nm) and 3L diesel indirect injection (66kW/192Nm). Available with 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmissions. All variants feature rear-wheel drive.
The new 1998 HiAce is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
