Yes. Hasn't been riddled with problems, but quite a few things have had to be replaced; realistically, nothing out of the ordinary for Euro cars. Here's a list:

No.
Yes. I got the car serviced/repaired at Skoda at first, but now get it serviced at an independent mechanic (after I thought the price to get my coolant pipe fixed was very good). Skoda service was always good and never left the car dirty.

Yes. This car does everything so well. You want to go fast? Just 7.1 seconds to 100km/h, plenty fast enough. Handles well through corners because it only weighs about 1600kg.
Need lots of room to store things? HUGE boot. A shopping trip will take up maybe 20 per cent of the space at most. Do you also want random features that you'll use once and never again? Subwoofer, refrigerated glovebox and centre console sound good to you?
I would wholeheartedly recommend this car to everyone. It's a car for everyone. However, if I could go back, I would probably buy a post 2018 car with the better infotainment system.

Day-to-day, this car is such a comfortable daily driver. Ventilated seats, heaps of power, adaptive suspension (if you use that, I sometimes do). Oh, and how could you forget about the umbrella in the door? Don't need it too much where I live.
It's a great car to live with; on the used market, it is absolutely stacked with features for the money. It can comfortably fit four tall people without knees mashed up against the front seats. Pardon the pun, but the legroom is absolutely superb. Even at 6'6, I can fit behind my own driving position. Believe me when I say this, but of every car I've been in, the Superb is the only car I fit behind myself in.
Running costs are not exactly cheap, but as I found, an independent mechanic can do a job just as well, if not better than the dealership. Fuel use is around 10L/100km (might just be because I have a heavy right foot, however).

When you drive it more gently, however, fuel use is between 7-8L/100km. On a long highway drive (eg Brisbane to Gold Coast), I saw fuel consumption floating between 5-6L/100km.
Servicing isn't the cheapest if you do it through Skoda. I paid $904 for the first service (135,000km) and $635 for the next (150,000km). Repairs aren't on the cheap end, however, if you compare it to other European cars, it really isn't so bad (trust me, I'd know, I used to work at BMW and Mini). Insurance isn't cheap, at around $1700 (I'm on my P2 license, but still not listed as the main driver). Of course, insurance will depend on your own situation, not cheap for me because I'm still a new driver.
But as I said before, I would recommend that if you're in the market for one, get a Superb with both of the add-on packs (Comfort Pack and Tech Pack) and get one that was built from 2018 onwards. The comfort pack adds perforated leather seats with heating and cooling function on the front seats, heated rear seats and the ability to electrically control the front passenger's seat from the rear.

The tech pack adds Adaptive Chassis Control, lane keeping assist, blind spot monitoring, rear-cross traffic alert, automated parking assist, hands-free tailgate and a 12-speaker Canton sound system (which sounds great with the subwoofer going).
If you're after a family car that isn't an SUV, in my opinion, you would be mad not to consider a Superb.
