Mazda CX-3 future in doubt as compact SUV gets the axe in Japan
Mazda's popular CX-3 will no longer be made for the Japanese market, raising questions as to how much longer it'll be built for Australia.

The new Mazda CX-3 is a small SUV available in Australia from $30,370 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Pure variant and topping out at $38,890 for the Akari variant.
There are 4 variants of the CX-3 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in mid-2023.
The new 2026 CX-3 is offered with a 5 year, unlimited km warranty.
The Mazda CX-3 is only available with a petrol engine that produces 110kW and 195Nm of torque. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
