The Mazda CX-3 is a small SUV aimed at city buyers who want a higher driving position and compact dimensions. It sits below the CX-30, making it one of Mazda's easiest models to park and thread through urban traffic. In Australia it suits singles, couples and downsizers who want SUV styling without moving into a larger, heavier family vehicle. The CX-3 is not especially spacious in the rear seat or boot, but it offers efficient petrol motoring, familiar Mazda controls and a more polished cabin than many light-SUV rivals. Its appeal is simple: small-car ease with a more versatile SUV shape.
