The 2008 LS was offered with a 4 year, 100,000 km warranty.
Engine options for the Lexus LS include 4.6L v8 (280kW/493Nm), electric motor (327kW) and 5.0L v8 hybrid (327kW). Non-electric variants are available with 8-speed automatic with manual mode or automatic continuously variable with manual mode transmissions. Both rear-wheel drive and 4x4 configurations are available.
