The Genesis GV70 was first revealed in 2020, and is the Korean luxury upstart’s rival to the Audi Q5, BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC.
Sharing its rear-drive platform with the G70 Sedan and Shooting Brake, as well as the Kia Stinger, the GV70 claims to be one of the more dynamic premium SUVs, and is offered with a choice of turbocharged petrol and diesel engines – including a flagship 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 with 279kW and 530Nm.
Australian pricing starts at $66,400 for the base 2.5T RWD and climbs to $83,400 for the 3.5T AWD Sport. Deliveries commence in July 2021.
