Ford has shown off digital renderings of six one-off concepts that are set to be displayed at the 2021 SEMA show: four Broncos and two Bronco Sports.

The show will run from November 2 to 5 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre.

Every concept will feature genuine parts, including Ford Performance parts, and licensed accessories.

There are also a few concepts that have been custom-fabricated and have aftermarket parts.

The six custom models were built and modified by companies such as RTR Vehicles, BDS Suspensions, Tucci Hot Rods, LGE-CTS Motorsports, and CGS Performance Products.

These Bronco concepts coincide with Ford’s plans to release more genuine accessories in 2022, for enhancing both aesthetics and off-road capability.

“Bronco and Bronco Sport customers love parts and accessories that emphasise performance and off-road lifestyle, so we worked closely with Bronco design and vehicle engineering to deliver the products to match their individual lifestyle,” said Eric Cin, Ford global director.

“Since the reveal last year, we’re expanding the line to more than 350 Bronco and Bronco Sport parts and accessories and growing.”

At SEMA, Ford Performance Parts is unveiling new Bronco-specific 17×8.5-inch Method 703 Bead Grip wheels as a new aftermarket wheel option available at Ford dealers.

These wheels are made out of aluminium and feature a patented bead-lock system that allows for the tyres to be run at lower tyre pressures without worrying about the tyres slipping off the rims.

There’s also going to be a new Ford Performance Parts front drive unit for the Bronco that supports up to a 5.38:1 gearset, which Ford says represents a significant off-road performance upgrade.

Some other newly announced modifications include new chassis components, “severe-duty” steering rack and tie rod ends, as well as engine tuning for the turbocharged 2.3-litre EcoBoost four-cylinder engine.

Here are the six one-off Bronco and Bronco Sport concepts that’ll be shown at SEMA:

Bronco RTR Fun-Runner by RTR Vehicles

This two-door Bronco Badlands concept features a slew of Ford Performance and Ford licensed accessories including a sound bar, paint protection film, door sill plates, and a sports exhaust with twin black-chrome tips.

RTR also tricked the concept out with an Ultimate Dana 44 FDU front axle, long-travel Ultimate Dana 60 semi-float rear axle, RCV Performance CV axles, as well as a performance intake system.

It also has Fox Performance Elite 2.5 coilovers, an off-road long-travel suspension kit, and RTR Tech 6 forged bead-lock wheels paired with 37-inch off-road tyres.

    Bronco by BDS Suspensions

This two-door Bronco Black Diamond concept is shown as an off-road first-responder fire truck equipped with a custom-made half-truck hardtop, suspension upgrades and off-road modifications.

BDS Suspensions is a subsidiary of Fox Shocks and the company equipped the concept with a BDS 4-inch UCA system with Fox 2.5 PES coilovers, BDS rear-adjustable control arms and track bar, sway-bar disconnect and 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 tyres.

It also has CrawlTek Revolution bumpers with a recessed front and rear Warn winches, front and rear recovery points, front skid plate, CrawlTek rock-slider side steps, custom CargoGlide slide-out tray, and an ARB under-bonnet air compressor.

    Bronco by Tucci Hot Rods

One of the strangest looking concepts shown, this four-door Bronco Badlands features Mattracks 88-Series quad-tracks instead of all-terrain tyres to help it with navigating snowy and sandy areas.

It comes with the 2.3-litre EcoBoost four-cylinder engine paired with a seven-speed manual transmission, as well as licensed accessories like the swing-gate storage, flat snowboard roof rack, and Yakima LockNLoad platform roof rack system.

There’s also a Rigid Light Shop light bar, radiance pods and a rock light kit, retractable side steps, as well as a Warn Industries Zeon 10s front winch.

Bronco Baja Forged by LGE-CTS Motorsports

This four-door Bronco Outer Banks concept mixes together some off-road modifications with other adventure accessories such as an onboard fridge, premium JBL soundbar, underfloor safe and cargo organiser, and Baja Forged front and rear bumpers.

Its suspension is upgraded with Icon Vehicle Dynamics 3.0 suspension lift, along with Ford Performance Parts off-road rock lights, Ford Licensed tailgate folding table, and Baja Forged fender flares and spare tyre carrier.

Bronco Sport Baja Forged by LGE-CTS Motorsports

This Bronco Sport Badlands concept has been created for enhanced off-road capabilities.

It has upgrades such as a two-inch suspension lift, Hellwig Suspension Products front and rear sway bays, rock sliders, off-road rock lights, fender flares, Borla cat-back performance exhaust, Rigid Light Shop LED lighting, Ford Performance Parts roof-mounted light bar, and Baja Forged front and rear tubular bumpers.

On the front bumper there is a Warn Industries VR EVO winch, as well as a Factor 55 tow hook and aluminium fairlead.

Bronco Sport by CGS Performance Products

A more subdued concept build, this Bronco Sport Badlands was created by air intake and exhaust specialist CGS Performance.

It has upgrades such as a CGS Performance Products cold air intake and black ceramic-coated cat-back exhaust, Rigid Light Shop rock lights and A-pillar LED lights, Reserve Forged wheels and 17-inch Toyo Open Country A/T III all-terrain tyres, as well as Air Design fender flares and rear spoiler.

This concept also features custom Flyin’ Irons Designs paint with Cerakote ceramic coating, as well as interior upgrades such as seat covers and a rear-seat vault.
