A piece of Porsche Cars Australia history will go under the hammer next month, with the successful buyer also receiving an exclusive Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix package, and the automaker pledging a $75,000 charitable donation.

Created by Porsche's Sonderwunsch (special request) customisation team to commemorate 75 years of Porsche in Australia, the one-off 911 Turbo S Land Down Under will be sold through an invitation-only sealed-bid process.

Prospective buyers must register their interest by 5pm AEDT on Monday, November 16, 2026, with eligible bidders to receive further details about the sale process on Wednesday, November 18.

Porsche Cars Australia will also make a $75,000 donation to Make-A-Wish Australia, which grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses.

Designed in collaboration with artist Werner Bronkhorst, known for his intricate miniature artworks, the 911's unique paintwork and cabin treatment were inspired by Australia's vast landscapes.

This sees the sleek 911 body transition from the exclusive Terra Australis Red paintwork to Southern Cross Blue, with the colour-shifting finish evoking the changing hues of the Australian landscape, from desert orange and dusk-sky blue to eucalyptus green and sunrise gold.

The finish uses ultra-thin Chromaflair pigments to create a shimmering effect, with each tiny flake featuring a reflective aluminium core encased in a transparent, glass-like layer of varying thickness.

Southern Cross Blue is also applied to the alloy wheels, which measure 20 inches in diameter up front and 21 inches at the rear.

On the roof, a special 'ghost effect' painting technique subtly reveals the number '75' in Bronkhorst's unique font, while the active rear spoiler features a playful 'See ya later mate' message, revealed when Sport Plus mode is activated or the spoiler deploys above 80km/h.

The Australian theme continues into the cabin, where unique Coolibah Brown leather, created specifically for this car, is teamed with Dark Night Blue leather and seats featuring a one-off perforated pattern inspired by Bronkhorst's paintbrush technique.

Hand-finished Australian Silky Oak wooden inlays feature alongside a roof lining embroidered with the southern hemisphere constellation map as it appeared above Uluru in 1951, the year the first two Porsche 356 sports cars arrived in Australia.

Bronkhorst's miniature artworks feature throughout the vehicle, from a farmer and his loyal companion on the door to the wedge-tailed eagle inside the cabin, and a kangaroo and joey on the passenger-side dashboard.

The Land Down Under retains the 911 Turbo S's standard 523kW/800Nm 3.6-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six hybrid powertrain, eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.

It also includes the Sport Chrono Package, with a claimed 0-100km/h sprint time of 2.5 seconds.

The Land Down Under follows a quartet of Australian-inspired special editions revealed earlier this year at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.

The successful bidder on the one-off 911 will receive return business-class flights for two from their nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne, three nights' premium accommodation, private airport transfers and two three-day passes to the Porsche Pavilion at the 2027 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.

The buyer will also receive a hosted dinner for two with Werner Bronkhorst and Porsche Cars Australia CEO and managing director Daniel Schmollinger, along with other exclusive Porsche VIP experiences.
