Victoria Police officers have charged two men after they allegedly stole a HSV Clubsport and rammed a police car in another Holden Commodore, subsequently getting the latter vehicle bogged.
On Sunday, September 15 at approximately 4am, the two alleged offenders stole a HSV Clubsport sedan from a house in Caulfield South.
Shortly after, police officers located the Clubsport without any occupants in Bentleigh, but observed two occupants sitting in a Holden Commodore SS wagon which had been stolen from Mount Eliza last month.
Police allege the Commodore accelerated and rammed into a marked police car before becoming bogged, leading to officers forcing entry to the wagon and pepper-spraying the occupants.
