The 2025 Toyota RAV4 carried on as a hybrid-only medium SUV, with Toyota selling 51,947 examples in Australia across the year. Toyota left prices and specifications unchanged for the model year, after petrol-only variants had already been removed from the local range. Every version used a 2.5-litre four-cylinder hybrid drivetrain, with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive depending on grade. The RAV4's appeal was straightforward for family buyers. It delivered useful space, low fuel consumption, strong resale confidence, and the reassurance of Toyota's dealer network without asking shoppers to move into a larger SUV.
