    2011 Toyota Prius

    The new Toyota Prius is a small car offered in a 5D Hatchback body style. Available in Australia from $34,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Base variant and topping out at $53,500 for the I-tech.

    There are 2 variants of the Prius available in Australia and this generation went on sale in July of 2009.

    Engine options include 1.8L multi-point injection (100kW/0Nm) and electric motor (nullkW/0Nm). All variants feature variable sp automatic transmission. All variants feature front-wheel drive.

    The new 2009 Prius is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
