2000 Toyota HiLux
The new Toyota HiLux is a Pickup. Available in Australia from $17,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Workmate variant and topping out at $74,310 for the GR Sport.
There are 10 variants of the HiLux available in Australia and this generation went on sale in December of 2025.
Engine options include 2.8L turbo (150kW/500Nm), 2.7L multi-point injection (122kW/245Nm), 2.7L in-line (122kW/245Nm), 2.8L turbo diesel common rail (150kW/420Nm), 2.4L turbo diesel common rail (110kW/343Nm), 4.0L multi-point injection (175kW/376Nm), 3.0L turbo diesel common rail (126kW/343Nm), 4.0L multi-point injection (175kW/376Nm), 3L turbo diesel common rail (126kW/343Nm), 4L multi-point injection (175kW/343Nm), 3.4L multi-point injection (124kW/291Nm), 3L turbo diesel indirect injection (85kW/315Nm), 3L diesel indirect injection (71kW/200Nm) and 2L multi-point injection (80kW/166Nm). Available with 6-speed automatic, 6-speed manual, 5-speed manual, 4-speed automatic or 5-speed automatic transmissions. Both four-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2026 HiLux is offered with a 5 year, unlimited km warranty.
