Skoda finally locks in PHEVs for Australia
Australia will receive plug-in hybrid versions of the Skoda Kodiaq and Superb as soon as this year, according to new boss Lucie Kuhn.

2015 Skoda Superb
The new Skoda Superb is a large car offered in both 5D Hatchback and 5D Station Wagon body styles. Available in Australia from $31,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Ambition variant and topping out at $52,690 for the Outdoor Special Edition.
There are 3 variants of the Superb available in Australia and this generation went on sale in July of 2014.
Engine options include 1.8L turbo petrol direct injection (118kW/250Nm) and 2.0L turbo diesel common rail (125kW/350Nm). Available with manual or 6-speed manual transmissions. Both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2015 Superb is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
