The new Peugeot 208 is a Light Luxury offered in both 5D Hatchback and 3D Hatchback body styles. Available in Australia from $21,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Active variant and topping out at $31,490 for the GTI Edition Definitive.

There are 6 variants of the 208 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in January of 2018.

Engine options include 1.2L turbo gasoline direct injection & multi-point (81kW/205Nm), 1.6L turbo gasoline direct injection & multi-point (153kW/300Nm) and 1.6L turbo gasoline direct injection & multi-point (153kW/300Nm). Available with 6-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmissions. All variants feature front-wheel drive.

The new 2018 208 is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
