2012 Peugeot 208
The new Peugeot 208 is a Light Luxury offered in both 5D Hatchback and 3D Hatchback body styles. Available in Australia from $18,490 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Active variant and topping out at $26,490 for the Allure Premium.
There are 4 variants of the 208 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in September of 2012.
Engine options include 1.6L multi-point injection (88kW/160Nm), 1.2L multi-point injection (60kW/118Nm) and 1.6L turbo multi-point injection (115kW/240Nm). Available with 4-speed automatic, 5-speed manual or 6-speed manual transmissions. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
The new 2012 208 is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
