Mazda CX-5 Comparison

The Mazda CX-5 is a mid-sized SUV stalwart. It's consistently a top seller in its segment, and goes head-to-head with strong competition such as the Toyota RAV4 and Kia Sportage.

The Mazda CX-5 loses its turbo-diesel engine for 2024, but some models have picked up new features. Prices are also up across the now petrol-only range by between $370 and $620.

Mazda says both this year and last, the now-defunct 2.2-litre twin-turbo-diesel accounted for less than four per cent of CX-5 sales.
