Land Rover Defender Comparison
The new Land Rover Defender is a Suv Large Luxury offered in 5D SUV, 3D SUV and Single SUV body styles. Available in Australia from $98,400 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the S variant and topping out at $313,800 for the Octa Black.
There are 9 variants of the Defender available in Australia and this generation went on sale in June of 2025.
Engine options include 3.0L turbo (257kW/700Nm), 5.0L supercharger (313kW/550Nm), electric motor (221kW/640Nm), 4.4L turbo (467kW/750Nm) and 3.0L turbo (257kW/700Nm). All variants feature 8-speed automatic transmission. All variants feature four-wheel drive.
The new 2026 Defender is offered with a 5 year, unlimited km warranty.
