(7). A. Offer available to all buyer type customers, except Government (G) and Customer Care Loan Vehicle (CCLV) (L), who purchase and receive from a Ford Authorised EV Dealership a new or demonstrator Ford Mustang Mach-E (Vehicle) between 1 September and 31 October 2024. B. Offer includes the first four general services only as set out in the Mustang Mach-E Service Portfolio supplied with Vehicle (Click here to see the Service Portfolio) up to 4 years from the Vehicle’s Ford warranty commencement date or 60,000km, whichever comes first General Services. C. Each General Service includes the service items listed in the “GENERAL SERVICE” and “OTHER MAINTENANCE ITEMS” sections of the Service Portfolio as required at the time or distance intervals prescribed by the Service Portfolio. D. The General Services exclude any other service item, part, repair, consumable, labour or any other work or improvement on the Vehicle whatsoever that is not listed in clause C, as well as the service items listed in the “SEVERE OR EXTREME CONDITION SERVICE” section of the Service Portfolio. E. If a General Service is not performed within 6 months or 7,500km after the servicing interval prescribed by the Service Portfolio or within up to 4 years from the Vehicle’s Ford warranty commencement date or 60,000km, whichever comes first, the customer forfeits inclusion of that General Service and may be required to pay for that General Service. F. The offer is not transferable to another vehicle and remains with the Vehicle regardless of ownership. G.
